Yo-Yo is a medium-early plum variety, ripening at the end of August and in the first half of September. It was established in 1981 in Germany by the German professor Hartmann. It is popular for its high yield. The Yo-Yo variety is the first in the world that is completely resistant to smallpox and fungal diseases. We put our varietal brandies to age for six months in oak barrels, as a result we got a richer taste and a pronounced fruity aroma.
