TROYAN PLUM BRANDY IN CARAFA MOSER
We present to you one of the twenty-five bottles of unique plum brandy, aged since November 2000 in oak barrels.
Classic plum brandy has been produced in the Troyan region since the beginning of the 19th century. Due to the favorable climatic conditions, plums have always grown very well here, and their fermentation has become a specialty of local craftsmen, and one can say an art passed down from generation to generation. With extreme attention to history and tradition, VINPROM – TROYAN has been keeping and developing this craft for more than seventy-five years.
The tradition of aging fruit brandies in barrels is emblematic for the entire Balkan Peninsula. Plum qualities such as aroma, taste and sweetness are best felt by those who have the patience to wait. Troyan plum brandy is aged in oak barrels of Bulgarian oak in the cellars of VINPROM - TROYAN.

The barrel - Old Strandzha oak, high quality, well dried.
The distillate - set in this barrel had very good indicators according to the notes of the then technologists and has been preserved over the years as a brandy with a huge potential for aging. The barrel was 502 liters, and by 2024 425 liters have been removed.

Lead-free crystal is remarkable for its purity, brilliance and hardness. The absence of lead proves a responsible attitude towards the health of glassmakers and the environment.
VINPROM – TROYAN has prepared a unique plum brandy, aged since 2000 in an oak barrel. The brandy was taken out in 2023. to prepare for bottling in 2024. The taste of this 23-year-old Troyan plum brandy is characterized by a balanced combination of fresh fruits and rich woody notes.
For this exceptional plum brandy, MOSER created a decanter, which is a calling card of the craftsmanship of the glassmakers from Karlovy Vary. This handmade carafe and the two cups included in the set are a combination of premium glass with a 24 carat gold finish.
