The STANLEY variety is one of the most delicious varieties of prunes with sweet, medium to large fruits. This is the most common plum variety in Bulgaria. It was imported in 1961 from the United States. It is tolerant of smallpox, slightly attacked by red spots and moderately by rust. STANLEY fruits ripen at the end of August, the beginning of September. Each bottle of Varietal Plum Brandy Stanley is produced by hand.
We put our varietal brandies to age for six months in oak barrels, as a result we got a richer taste and a pronounced fruity aroma.
