Austrian Empire Navy Rum is produced in small batches using aged Rum from a wide range of hand-selected barrels. Each barrel – formerly holding Bourbon, Sherry, Port wine and Single Malt Scotch Whisky – imparts its own characteristic to the finished product. Using the Solera method, the contents of the barrels are married and then aged for a significant period of time to obtain the rich flavour and remarkable smooth finish of Austrian Empire Navy Rum.
