Our quince brandy is produced from Bulgarian quinces grown in the fertile lands of the Plovdiv region. In order to preserve the best taste qualities of the fruit, a special treatment is given when taking it - delicate grinding and light heating, which stimulates the beginning of fermentation. After that, the brandy is aged in a barrel of Bulgarian oak, which contributes to the formation of its characteristic taste, complemented by a tempting aroma.
