Sunny Plum Brandy is a revitalized product from the historical legacy of VINPROM - TROYAN. Many years ago, this plum brandy was traditionally aged in oak barrels placed outdoors, exposed to various climatic conditions including sun, rain, and snow. This unique aging process, conducted in the open-air yards, is believed to contribute to the brandy's distinctive "thicker" quality due to the increased alcohol vapors. The distillate is aged for three years in Bulgarian oak barrels, continuing the tradition at VINPROM - TROYAN.
