Blending and filtration

Initially, a laboratory blend is carried out and after approval, before bottling, the brandy is purified with a charge filter and a blend is made.

In the so-called blend, brandies from different vintages are mixed, with the aim of unifying the taste and maintaining the standard for the production of individual products.

In a blend, brandy is also diluted with demineralized water (VT has two devices for demineralizing water) at an exact degree
