What is the purpose for collecting the Personal Data?
The processing of the personal data is necessary for the delivery of your order and the documents for the deal to be issued in accordance with the Bulgarian Legislation. The current policy for the Personal Data Protection is a part of the internal rules of “VINPROM - TROYAN” AD.
How we are going to use Your Data?
The Data given by you will be used for:
- Delivery of the ordered by you goods;
- For execution of contractual obligations;
- To prepare and give offers over the phone, via e-mail, Post or other direct way;
- To prepare and send Invoices and Protocols via e-mail, courier or Post;
- To avoid criminal activities that don’t comply with the legislation or the internal company policy
- Processing the data during payment;
- T avoiding corruption and money laundry practices against the Anticorruption Law.
Guarantee of the safety during the processing and keeping Your Personal Data:
- Every user creates a profile and is authorized in the system with personal name /e-mail address/ and Password;
- Keeping the Personal Data is possible only by authorized persons ;
In connection to the safety of the personal data, every user must keep the following rules:
- To change the password at least every month;
- The password to contain capital letters, small letters and symbols;
- The password to be more than 6 symbols;
- To avoid using the system through public networks;
- Not to store the name and the password in the browser;
- Not to document on paper the name and the password;
- Not to give the personal user account to third parties.
Your rights for the Personal Data processed by “VINPROM - TROYAN” AD:
- To have access to your Personal Data;
- When the Personal Data is incomplete or inaccurate you can correct it.
- To ask your Data to be deleted;
- To limit the processing of your data;
- To use your right for portability of Data;
- To withdraw your agreement for Personal Data processing.
